The MBA programme at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences has achieved a Top 10 place in the international "FindMBA" Business School Rankings.
The CHE University Ranking in Germany's ZEIT Study Guide considers facts relating to studying, teaching, equipment and research, and includes students’ opinions of their university. The table below contains selected results for the overall situation. A third of the disciplines are reassessed every year.
Top marks in nine categories
Students of social work are very satisfied with the overall situation at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences. The library facilities and the IT infrastructure are also highly rated. Overall, social work is ranked in the top group nationwide in nine categories.

Mechatronics and electrical engineering on the Göppingen Campus achieve TOP rankings
The Faculty of Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering and its Electrical Engineering programme achieve outstanding results and are ranked in the top group nationwide in five categories: courses offered, study organisation, support, stays abroad and job market preparation.
Top marks for mechanical engineering in eight categories
Students award top marks to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering nationwide in no fewer than eight categories: overall study situation, courses offered, study organisation, support, support while studying, examinations, stays abroad and job market preparation. The faculty was awarded fantastic marks of between 1,3 and 1,7 in all these categories.
Best assessment of all German universities of applied sciences for chemical engineering
Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology likewise achieve very good results; both belong to the Faculty of Natural Sciences. Students of Chemical Engineering give the programmes high marks in the categories overall study situation, study organisation and job market preparation. This means that Esslingen achieved the best assessment of all German Universities of Applied Sciences for Chemical Engineering. Biotechnology gains very good marks for study organisation and support.
The assessments for the university ranking compiled by the Wirtschaftswoche journal are based on information provided by around 500 personnel managers from small, medium-sized and large enterprises all over Germany.
"FindMBA" compiles an annual ranking of Business Schools for Industrial Management & Manufacturing. The ranking lists the global Top 10 business schools.

In 2020, the Esslingen MBA in International Industrial Management joined other prestigious schools such as ESADE Business School in Spain and the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland in a select group: the Top 10 Business Schools for Industrial Management & Manufacturing.
