"I am currently working as a CEO in the company IBBC (Iran Bearing & Bushing co.) We have been in this crisis since early February, and my wife and two daughters have been at home since February 20. I had to go to work, but from March 19 to April 6, our factory was closed and I was at home with my wife and two daughters. Schools and universities will be closed from February 20 and will probably continue until the end of April.

My eldest daughter is a university student and pursues all university courses through the web. My youngest daughter is a student and she takes homework from her teachers through television and the web. The government has created a special training channel for students and They give lessons and assignments to the students.

During the quarantine period, we manage our time at home with different tasks and we had very interesting times. For example, we played group games, group sports with the whole family, such as yoga, zumba, Pilates, etc.
