Simone Zeuchner-Egli is Professor of Organizational Development at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences. Her teaching focuses on Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Digital Business Models, Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Compliance. She also teaches executive education programs at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Her research focuses on Corporate Governance in family businesses, AI Governance and Business Ethics, as well as Digital Business Model Innovation and Organizational Transformation.

She has over 20 years of executive experience in large family-owned businesses and publicly listed companies, including MDAX and DAX corporations.

As founder of the Corporate Governance Academy, she specializes in executive education and advisory services for supervisory and advisory boards, particularly in family businesses.

She serves as Chair of the Supervisory Boards of SEEBURGER AG and Schaeff Group Holding AG and as a member of the Advisory Board of BLANCO GmbH & Co. KG.

Since 2019, she has also served as President of the SWISS Financial Experts Association.
