Mentoring and Coaching

Mentoringprogramm CrossMentES

The mentoring programme

CrossMentES is the mentoring programme offered by Esslingen University of Applied Sciences. It supports students as they transition from university to their desired professional field, for example, by putting them in touch with a mentor who is a manager and specialist in their field and can offer personal advice. It employs a suitably comprehensive matching process to ensure that each mentee who is interested in taking part is allocated a mentor from a company, association or organisation who matches their own career goals.

Use this opportunity to get answers to some frank questions and find out exactly what you want to know from people with professional experience, who will approach you with a completely open mind!

The application period for CrossMentES 7 (2019/2020) ended on 5 August 2019.
The next application period is expected to open in June 2020.

This is an online service and advice can be provided by email or anonymously.

Open study space

Are you looking for a place to study and obtain specialist support, especially with the foundations of mathematics?

The open study space (Offener Lernraum) is a forum for subject-related questions and a place where you can meet up and learn with other students. Our tutors will provide support in tackling difficulties you are having with your own particular subject and clarify any further issues you may have. You can also swap information with other students or work through you exercises together.
