Technology needs Diversity More women in technical and scientific degree courses

In the “Technology needs Diversity” project, Esslingen University of Applied Sciencescollaborates with the University of Stuttgart and with various organisations run by migrants in the Esslingen-Stuttgart region – among them the Forum of Cultures and the German-Turkish Forum. The aim is to increase the proportion of women in technical and scientific degree courses. Women with a history of migration are especially - but not exclusively – addressed.

Special days to get to know the Uni, technology workshops, chats with students, and school student mentoring programmes are all carried out as part of the project.
