"We face an unprecedented situation these days. Humanity has faced many pandemics but we were not as connected as today so the spread has been exponential. That connectivity is also a blessing.

Most people have transitioned to 'Work From Home'. It took a while for all team members to understand the best practices for remote work but we got there.

The silver lining here is perhaps the realization that we're all in this together. Actions of one impact many and societal cooperation is crucial. Also, hopefully after going through this crisis, people will realize that remore work is feasibile and liberating. I hope this leads to more flexibility and better work-life balance"
