The Institute of Control Engineering offers inter-faculty services for control engineering at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences.
The foundations of control engineering are essential for the engineering professions. In the IRT, control engineering is taught with the aid of conventional electric and pneumatic analog controllers through to modern digital control systems. A further focus is modern building management systems with bus systems and freely programmable control systems.
