Supervision in the semester of practical study

Supervision in the semester of practical study

The supervision also involves the students reflecting on certain important aspects of their own personal experiences to supplement the instruction received in their workplace and the theory-practice seminar. These self-awareness components relate primarily to personal reactions and their own personal conduct in the context of the practical work, and allow a self-critical reflection of it. The primary objective of the supervision is to maintain and promote the capability, the commitment and the creativity of the students in their practical work by promoting work-related self-reflection.
