Diplom Physiker Hans-Georg Leis was awarded the University Badge of Honour on 24 November 2016.
For 26 years, Mr. Leis was a regular lecturer in the Esslingen Automotive Engineering Department, parallel to his employment at Daimler AG. From 2008 until 2012, he taught labs and lectures for the course “Vibrations and Acoustics Measurement” in the Esslingen DDM programme. Since 2012, Mr. Leis has continued to teach the laboratory exercises in this class.
Willis Eayrs, MBA was awarded the University Badge of Honour on 28 November 2013.
Mr. Eayrs taught in The Esslingen MBA from 1998 to 2016. As Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions at the Landesbank BW and later as a freelance consultant, Mr. Eayrs was an experienced and valued lecturer in the MBA course “Mergers & Acquisitions.”
We deeply regret that Mr. Eayrs passed away in August 2016.
Dr. Bernt Graf zu Dohna was awarded the University Badge of Honour on 28 November 2013.
Graf zu Dohna has taught in The Esslingen MBA since programme inception. Drawing on his extensive experience as a lawyer at Bosch GmbH, Graf zu Dohna holds the lecture “International Commercial Transactions” in The Esslingen MBA, giving students an understanding of the legal issues of international management.
