Q - How did you become interested in the ASM programme?
I liked the course content of the programme and its close cooperation with industries and their engineers.
Q - What was the best activity you took part in during the ASM programme?
The best things for me were the industrial visits to Daimler.
Q - How did the lectures and labs of the ASM programme have an impact on your career?
They helped me gain knowledge which is very much required in today's industry. The tools which I learnt or the lectures which I had are now helping me to work with ease at Bosch.
Q - What advice would you give to students who aspire to follow a similar career path and join the ASM programme?
To be at the top, you must be amongst the best! Esslingen caters to the exact needs which helps you gain a good position in industry and you are always motivated to do well.
Q- Are you still friends with anybody you met in Esslingen?
Yes, I am still friends with most of them. Some of these friends will be now friends for life. I also appreciate the help I had from the alumni.
Q - Do you have a favorite or funny story about your time in Esslingen?
I would not call it funny, but this is a story that surely changed my personality. After our summer term we had to look for new accommodations, it's really hard to find one in Stuttgart area. I had just 2 weeks before I had to leave the hostel and I still didn't have a home to stay after that. The experience taught me how much a positive attitude is necessary in life and also how right people can make a difference.
Q - How did the ASM programme improve your life?
More than just another degree to add to my resume, the Esslingen journey was a splendid one... Meeting new people, learning a new language, new culture it was totally worth it! Not only has it helped me get into my dream career but also made me more matured and a stronger person. The days I spent in Esslingen were some which will be cherished for life!
