Degree program philosophy
The Esslingen degree program philosophy conceptualises its taught courses throughout as a study of applied nursing sciences. The aim is to provide a consistently independent scientific basis for nursing practice which also incorporates knowledge from other disciplines. These, however, are not taught as separate subjects alongside nursing sciences.
Aims of the degree program
Graduates of the Bachelor's degree program Nursing Management are able to plan, organise, supervise, evaluate, and, where necessary, further develop nursing practice in a scientifically based and practically oriented way.
