• practical work experience (6 weeks)
• intake is 35 students per year
• if more prospective students apply than there are places, there will be a selection procedure

Since winter semester 1009/10, students who already have a state-recognised professional child care qualification and who wish to apply to Esslingen University of Applied Sciences may apply to have their qualifications recognised as part of the degree program.
