You will find the Microsystems Laboratories in building number 1 on the 1st floor

This laboratory is focused on the assembly and packaging technology as well as the thick-film- and thin-film technology. Here the students gain practical experience with the micro technology from printed circuit layouts by CAD to the thick-film technology, the surface mount technology and → the thin-film technology.  Beside the numerous modern and high-precision equipment there is also a  clean room on an area of 250 m². 

By the way: There is the possibility for external companies to rent the technical equipment. For more information please contact the head of laboratory.
