Our view of radical changes in company connects the "hard factors” of the business management-technical level with the "soft factors” of the psychological level. Complicated effect connections can be also analyzed by this comprehensive approach and be explained. She forms the basis for concrete action recommendations to the company practise.
Present and planned working main focuses of Institute of Change Management and Innovation are:
- Analysis of typical successful success factors and Miss's success factors in change processes,
- Assessment of the connection of the spheres of activity strategy, structure, culture and systems in change processes,
- Definition of performance indicators for a proactive change controlling,
- Improvement of the employee's motivation in change processes,
- Investigation of the effect connection between the innovation culture and the innovation success,
- Analysis and optimisation of innovation processes,
- Creation of Change management trainings.
