Service Management

Service Management wants to intorduce you to differences you face if your "product" is not hardware but service. In this course we want to discuss the following topics:

- Services that are uses in addition to traditional products
- Service Companies that are completely based on offering services
- Governmental Laws regarding services (e.g. warranty, spare parts supply)
- Interesting job profiles in Service Management (e.g. consultant, product manager, aftr sales manager)
- IT Management within Service Management

This course will include case study and team work to discover the relevant aspects of service management.
