Dual qualification in Shanghai and Esslingen

As a student in the Faculty of Building Services, Energy and Environmental Engineering you can obtain a dual Bachelor's degree. 

Recently it has become possible to study at Togji University in China via the Chinese-German University of Applied Sciences (CDHAW). You spend one year of your training in Shanghai where you study with 55,000 new fellow students. For a long time Shanghai has been one of the economically most interesting places in China: you may also meet your future employer - one of the large, intercontinental companies based here.

To obtain the dual qualification you study normally for the first 7 semesters. Then you study for 2 semesters in China at Tonji University. One of these semesters is spent attending lectures; in the other, you write your Bachelor's Thesis. Successful graduates receive both the Chinese and German Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) in Building Services, Energy and Environmental Engineering. 

You will be admitted to the dual Bachelor's degree program if you are a student on the Bachelor's degree program in Building services, Energy and Environmental Engineering and if your application is successful.  Information on the application procedure can be found under www.hs-esslingen.de/aaa.
