International Staff Training 19th to 24th September 2017

We are happy to invite staff from partner universities and guests to our 4th International Staff Training.

Topic: "All around Erasmus+"

Join us to network and share your expertise with international colleagues. 

- Enhancement of Erasmus+ Mobilities
- Administration of Erasmus+ Agreements
- Financial Management

The program is not finished yet and will be updated over the next months, so please check for more info! If you have anything you want to share, show or talk about, please let us know and we will add your ideas to the program.

You will have the opportunity to learn from the experiences and good practices of all participants. In addition, we want to invite all guests to exchange ideas about fostering Erasmus student and staff mobility, and to discuss special topics of interest within the Erasmus+ Programme.

We don't charge any fee, but travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the participants (or by an ERASMUS scholarship if applicable). The program will be held in English.

Registration

Esslingen University of Applied Sciences will cover the costs for...

- Tickets for Public Transport during the week
- Welcome Dinner on 19th Sept and Farewell Brunch on 24th Sept
- Lunch on 20th, 21st and 22nd Sept
- Study trip to Heidelberg on 23rd Sept (travel costs and entry fees)
- Visit of the Mercedes-Benz Museum (travel costs and entry fee)

Application deadline: 31st July - Registration is closed.

All accepted participants are asked to confirm their registration via an online form by 15th August.
