You can prepare your "Bachelor" certificate in English with the help of the following template:

Please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Download and edit the file. Translate the title of your thesis as best you can.
2. Send the file to fremdsprachen(at)hs-esslingen.de
3. Contact the Examinations Office (Prüfungsamt) and have them send us a copy of the original certificate.
4. Transfer the translation fee to the account specified below.

Once we have received the completed template, a copy of the original certificate, and confirmation of payment, we will process the document. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for processing.

If the english translation should be mailed to you, you will have to pay for postage

Please bring your original documents and your receipt when you come in to for the comparison of the original and the translation. The translation will be printed on official watermarked university paper.

Then you need to get your translation stamped with the official stamp.

If you are not able to appear in person, please ask the Examination Office to send me copies of your German diploma.
