Esslingen University of Applied Sciences maintains contacts to former students, friends and sponsors. In the following, you can find the relevant pages for each of these groups.
Alumni
Anyone and everyone who has graduated from Esslingen University of Applied Sciences is automatically an alumna or alumnus of this University. To help former students keep in contact, we are building up a network. You can meet old friends every two years at our Alumni summer festival.
Association of Friends of Esslingen University of Applied Sciences
The Association of Friends of Esslingen University of Applied Sciences was founded in November 2007. It came into being after the fusion in October 2006 through the amalgamation of the Association of Friends of the University of Technology and the Association of Friends of the University of Social Sciences.
The non-profit Association of Friends of the University of Technology was founded in 1949 by graduates of the then University of Tecnology.
The Association maintains constant contact between the University and industry and the economy and supports and promotes study and professional training in a variety of ways:
- financial and material donations to provide laboratories with the newest equipment
- part-time lecturers from industry
- finding work placements/internships both at home and abroad
- financial support in creating new degree programs
- and much more.
