About us

The Graduate School team consists of professors and staff and takes care of the Esslingen University's international master's programs. The Graduate School of the Esslingen University runs three International English language Master’s Degree programs: • MEng in Automotive Systems • MEng in Design and Development in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering • MBA in International Industrial Management Students will be trained on industrial applications and sciences and will learn through interdisciplinary and intercultural projects in an international environment. Our International Master Programs were established in 1998 on behalf of recommendations and requests from leaders of global acting enterprises located in our neighbourhood. We are in the heart of the German automotive industry, surrounded by numerous companies like Bosch, Daimler, Eberspächer, Festo, Porsche etc. This is of great benefit for our students because they often get practical experience in one of those companies during their studies in Esslingen. Furthermore we repeatedly receive top rankings among German engineering schools. Esslingen is a medieval but modern city in the southern part of Germany, 20 km away from Stuttgart. Besides the good academic education the historical old town of Esslingen with its vineyards, many bars and restaurants and a diversely cultural scene is an inviting place for a rest after hard hours of study.
